Thank you for supporting TayJay Productions. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders—especially around new content releases—shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will reach out to you via the email provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

Domestic Shipping: We typically use USPS or UPS. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once processed.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly by destination but generally range from 7–21 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TayJay Productions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Note: For orders within Indiana, the standard 7% sales tax will be applied at checkout.
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing. You can also contact us at yt.tayjayproductions@gmail.com for assistance.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to USA and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to see if shipping can be arranged.
